This is the fourth in a series of webinars hosted by the AGO's Non-Profit Organizations/Public Charities Division specifically designed to address the needs of non-profit organizations that now face a changed funding and policy landscape as a result of the new federal administration. In this session, we will address best practices for small volunteer led charitable organizations, including a discussion of fiduciary duties, compliance obligations, how to register/file with the AGO, and what to consider if your organization is struggling financially.
